I had the wonderful opportunity to conduct a couple shoot with Lindie & Jacques two unique Cape Town locations at Bo-Kaap (Malay quarter) and Maidens Cove (Camps Bay).
The Bo-Kaap located almost at the foot of Table Mountain, is well known for it's colorful houses & friendly people. You get a sense of being on a vacation / road trip, living the moment, having fun, laughter, joy and all the associated good feelings.
The next location was at Maidens Cove and the timing was crucial to be in time to enjoy the soft light before sunset. Maidens Cove provides the opportunity to take a variety of photos with the Twelve Apostels mountain range as a backdrop. A small sandy beach with beautiful granite rocks, a tidal pool and the atlantic ocean creates dramatic backgrounds.
